I am very sorry for not turning up on saturday and for this late message. Im especially sorry to pibe who put much effort into holding this game together and its been fun. Saturdays are becoming very busy for me and i cant be reliable anymore. I hope dago will continue and am sure he will do excellent.

I've made the following edits:

-shields on everyone's capital

-every alliance and military access between ENG, FRA, RUS, PRU, OE are broken now

-45 bb as total for FRA, they still have every spanish province they took

Rules for the last Session:

-FRA and USSR should be enemies

-FRA and USSR can't be stab hitted

-the rest of playable countries can change sides, peace out in the middle, lose or win provinces

-FRA and USSR can't peace out once the war started. exceptions: government fell event, surrender (and accepted), the country was occupied and it's forced to peace out.

I remind you all that a vassalization means serfdom.
