I'm on Windows 7
#1) I've gone to:
My Computer
Hard Drive
Program Files (x86)
Paradox Entertainment
Crusader Kings
Scenarios
Save Games
There are no saved games here, I've turned on "show hidden files" and still nothing

#2) I've tried to delete saves in game, by hitting delete and other keys, but it hasn't worked. Is there anyway to delete saved games while you are in the game?

Can anybody help me find my saved games and tell me how to delete saved games in game? Thanks in advance for any help.

I can't view that page

Sorry, I thought you have EUIII registered to :)

Where are my screenshots/savegames/the map/cache folder?

In Windows 7 or Vista, if you have installed the game to C:\Program Files, Windows has a built-in protection called "compatibility files". See point 2 of the clean install, above.

Either click on "compatibility files" in the windows explorer, or go to C:\Users\YOUR-NAME-HERE\AppData\Local\VirtualStore and search for the Paradox folders in there. The best solution is to install the game outside of C:\Program Files, as then these types of problems do not occur.
