The deluxe edition DLC has terrible reviews because it brought so little to the game for the price it charged.

Paradox remade the Epirus DLC into something good I don't have any second thoughts on that purchase and also for Magna Graecia.

Hopefully the next DLC can be a special pack for the Diadochi like adding more uniqueness to each one of them (different UI, units, etc..) and people with the deluxe edition can have a special deal like with the Epirus DLC.

Or at least something to make it worthwhile.

I like that idea... Ok, ok... I admit I'm Deluxe Edition owner ;) So I'm of course biased and self-interested here :p However, to my defense I have to say I fought bravely with the pre-ordering brothers-in-arms, when we pushed for the Epirus rework, while I had to pay for it...so I'm counting on your help now :)
