Demesne and Vassal limit only for player?

Is there a mod for limiting only player Demesne and Vassal size but AI can keep normal (full) zise Demesne and Vassal limit?

In game rules you can limit it but that affect both player and AI. And AI is so poor/stupid that their realms will die and shatter. Otherewise it would be good challenge for the players.

I want to play mp game with my friends with 1/4 Demesne and Vassal limit.

Can someone make mod that is a decision or a law that give human players -75% penalty modifier for Demesne and Vassal limits?

Far as I can tell there's no way to do percentage-based changes to those.

If you'd be fine with AI having almost unlimited vassal/demesne limits, having a mod that just increases those by a very large amount for AI rulers could work. You'd then apply the game rules on top, leaving players with a quarter of the usual limits, and AI with a quarter of their very large limits (which is still very large, but not really related to their traits/stats anymore).
