Are there any plans for a demo?

This game looks interesting, but different enough from the strategy games I usually play (the sort indicated by the little icons under my name to the left) that I'm not sure if it's for me.

just tried out the demo, got an early start of ww3 with a nuclear ending. in terms of dificulty it feels a bit like the first time i played hoi3, completely overwhelming and it took me a year or more to completely understand it.
ive got two questions, one about the mod and one about the game in general.
about the mod: i tried a couple of cheats and they didnt seem to work, is this for the mod only? (i assumed they are to be used as stated in the cheat topic on the forum)
and the game in general: how moddable is the game? with hoi3 a lot of stuff is moddable in notepad but i havent been able to find anything along those lines for the demo. or is there going to be an editor later?

I haven't got the game yet but plan on going for it tomorrow; never played a Supreme Ruler game before so I guess I can't take it too badly that I'm struggling a bit with the demo. However, in the demo, in both my attempts WW3 has been triggered very quickly without me doing anything to raise tensions...Is this just scripted into the demo as the scenario, or is it some sort of bug?

I'm also having serious problems keeping track of my military units, is there a screen somewhere with an OOB?

Apart from those two concerns and me not quite grasping everything yet (heck, I've only played the demo so far :p), the game looks like it has good potential so thanks :)

Well, it seems very interesting, and worth a purchase. Unfortunately, it doesn't run very well on my (admittedly kind of crap) PC. I've put it on my Steam wishlist so I remember to pick it up when I build a new one in a few months.
