Description and Strategy files

Upon choosing a country you get a Desc and Strat file, we should include one at least for the majors if not for all nations.

Which it shouldn´t be, Strategies should give hints. At least for the looks.

Well, but if I would have to choose between those two, I'd take desc anyday.

I think they used strat for EU1, but didn't bother in EU2... at least I have previously found some strat description in the text.csv...

Check the vanilla scenarios: 1492, 1617 or 1700 for instance.

For Finland and Byz there is the "alternate history" in the beginning of monarchfile that could easily be adapted to a description. I will make descriptions for other countries I make, when I make them.

Hmm, I seem not able to change that... How?

I thought the best way was the text.csv. But I would need to make new entries there.
