Whoever clicked "respectfully disagree", the PS4 controller does not have a Ctrl key or a Left Mouse button. I'm reporting a bug.
I don't think a post with a ginormous 2340x4160 photograph of a TV without any additional text (other than the title) is the best way to report such things.

Maybe because you are playing with Hybrid Controls mode turned on?
Since several updates back, console versions have mouse + keyboard support.
