OK. This is my question, how do you totally kill off a nation? I was playing fantasia & the mission was to eliminate marmaluks from north africa. So, how am I supposed to do that? I've tried taking all of it's provinces but, the damn capital city is still there & they've already offered me all of it's provinces & I'm still not able to kill it off. Anyone? any idea? or maybe is it so that We can't kill em off.

You can't annex the capital provinces of major (e.g. playable) nations.

Unless u turn their major stats of in the save file.

to kill a minor nation, you have to conquer all of its porvinces, capital included, all of its colonies and trading posts.
Then offer it the peace and you will find the option to annex it.

I once annexed Holland without controlling any of its colonies.
