Hi, right now i'm playing large map (1000 stars) with my friends, we got to the late part of the game and started to have desync issues. That thing occurs very often and game became almost unplayable, is there anything i can do to fix this issue by myself or mb, somehow, report this to devs with some data provided, in case it could improve this situation or provide a solution?
 
It would be best to always provide version which you play, what DLCs and any mods installed?
And maybe even savegame if some dev sees this, they can test it out and possibly fix.

looks like their rocking every dlc save but federations at a minimum [unless their profile info hasn't updated yet] so i will assume this is more than likely on the current patch as well

mp desyncs are well known (and from what I have heard you pretty much never want to do a large galaxy because of the lag)
 
We are playing without any mods, all dlc's enabled except for ancient relics. Also i've attached save file

As I said, the desync for MP are a known issue with (as far as I am aware) 0 current fix.
Paradox likely knows about it by this point (given the amount of posts here in the forums on the subject)
We haven't seen or heard anything on a fix for the problem

Here is what I can suggest to try and stem the problem;
1) Start a fresh game
2) Use a Medium Galaxy
3) Use less empires [i.e. try and mitigate how many ai/fallen empires exist in the game based off how many people are in your mp session, recommend not going above 4 ai empires and 3 fallen empires to test things out if you have 3 other people in your lobby]
4) Use other default galaxy settings [1x the hyperlanes, gateways, wormholes, habitable worlds, etc]

I can't guarantee if that will help with the desyncs, but honestly trying something is better than doing nothing

Right now we will drop one player with weak pc and see how it works, but yes, seems we will just restart with mid size galaxy :<
 
Here is the oos Folder from out 2 Player MP on a smal Galaxy Map. After year 2300 the Game rapidly desyncs. We habe all DLC´s and no Mods. It´s embarrising and no fun for MP so far. Please fix it !!!

Yes desyncs do exists but not on 2.6.0, everything worked nice on that version and for some reason everything broke on 2.6.1 again.

2.6.0 we played mp with a friend, medium galaxy 600 planets 15 empires including ours and we didn't get any desyncs yet and we are on year 2300 but as soon as you update to newer version, the game is literally dead and unplayable

i'd say then to have everyone revert back til they fix it again but i've seen some posts where players can no longer backtrack to previous versions of the game for some derp reason
 
RANDOM_COUNT desync 30 seconds ago. 600 stars, early in the game. Third desync so far. No hardware issues.

Why even give me that random senseless bit of information? Put a button somewhere to suppress desyncs and keep the clock running.

Oh, and thanks for turning the only functional ethic(Gestalt) into another shitty dysfunctional ethic. Then I went and bought a bunch of DLC and the game actually feels worse now than before 2.6. So, doing a heck of a job. Thanks a bunch, and good night.
 
Yes, we have desynch, too. We are 2 Players and until the year 2360 all seems well.
Than, after a short break we start the game again, and after 30 seconds one of us was desynch. Load again, 30 seconds later desynch.
Bye Bye Multiplayer.

revert to 2.6.0, "everything" was ok there, no deSYNCs... just some annoying bugs...

such is the way of the internet

again the main issue is that there are players having issues where for some unknown reason, they can't (regardless of following direct instructions) revert back to a previous version of Stelarris
 
This is still happening to myself and my friends, I can't understand why this hasn't been resolved. If we don't save the game regularly and reload from the prior save the game becomes unplayable. We cannot control ships, pops and economy goes haywire, sometimes we can't even upgrade ships or building slots. We were hoping this would be fixed with the Federations update but it looks to possibly be worse now.
