Seems like they were all temporarily away from Sengoku and on some other project. Should come back soon with the diary - I want it a lot to! And if I'm not mistaken it would add a bit to the Sengoku sales.
They've said in the past diaries that they continue to work on their titles long after launch. The last ones didn't particularly give any reason to think that they had decided to stop.
There's still a lot of room to liven up the characters with new sorts of events (like perhaps certain things that could happen if your wife hates you...)
Room for improvements is really biiiiig so yes - they have to come back or I'll send a 9/9 ninja on their headquarters with the mission to lower Johan's honour or whoever is their Daimyo there!
Yes, he is definitely the Shogun of the Paradox firm and Johan is the Daimyo. Don't know who would be the emperor in that case? Do they have someone who only reaps money, travels a lot on behalf of the firm as representative, is more or less just the figurehead and doesn't work much as of this moment?
