Allowing multiple brigades to land units seems quite easy task for someone with even moderate C++ programming knowledge/skills as well as many other things, that are neither very complex nor tricky, but it's easy to say as always

One minor problem with misc tile. You have CV's only having one attachment when they should have three.

CV can only have one brigade, you cannot add multible CAGs to a Carrier.
While we are on the matter, why not allow torpedo brigades and naval mines for submarines?
Would make them a tad bit more usefull, and give more choices for them, rather than being stuck with only spotter planes as their only brigade option, which usefullness is questionable due to the increased visibility.

Naval mines at least were most definately used by submarines, and the torpedo brigades I guess would just represent a more advanced set of torpedoes.
Wouldnt be too far fetched to also allow more brigades on a CV, with the option to attach AA brigade or even improved hull.
Also, perhaps allowing naval camoflauge to be attached to more ship types, at least to CLs, maybe to BBs and if crazy, CVs too, would boost the somewhat underpowered German naval doctrine.
Would make them a tad bit more usefull, and give more choices for them, rather than being stuck with only spotter planes as their only brigade option, which usefullness is questionable due to the increased visibility.

I do modifications in my unit directory. I substitute torpedos for the spotters. I increase the number of brigades on carriers so they can have AA, radar and improved hulls.
Good idea. Defintitely no reason that Subs should just have spotter planes. I'd power the regular subs down and give them two attachment spots. While torpedoes/naval mines should then provide a significant attack gain.
Well good that we at least agree on BBs having the camoflauge brigade, but id still say CLs could do with them aswell, realistically. Camoflauge brigade after all consists of camoflauge colours, and smoke launchers. Smoke launchers were fairly common in cruisers and ships smaller than that. Camoflauge for DDs would make them close to having a submarine type of visibility, which isnt realistic, but thats not the case for Light Cruisers, perhaps create a separate camoflauge brigade for smaller vessels with lesser reduction to visibility?
Actually, I agree with all your proposals. I'm also thinking if radar attachment for CV wouldn't be appropriate.
Certainly strange to think CVs couldnt have extensive radar built in it. So yeah, more brigades for CVs and CVLs too!
