What I would like to tests here: does u87 have sufficient with minister I think so unless you would like to be u87 by yourself. The leader file should be tested and checked I have seen a few doubles myself.
The tech teams are all right, but u87 do lack R. Chinas advanced science in physics and nuclear. U87 start with a very low math techs and have no real aviation before 1944. However, if u87 managed to endure ww2 it gets its TT rewards later one.

In 1936 u87 starts with 8 TT, 2 TT in 37, 2 TT in 38, 1 in 39, 2 in 40, 2 in 43, 4 TT in 44, 4 TT in 45, 2 TT in 46, 1 in 47, 2 in 48, 1 in 50, 1 in 53 and the last TT in 55. Some of the tech teams do end during the timeline.
