So, If I'm not mistaken, the launcher says there is a new update of the game. I have bought the game via gamersgate. Do I have to download the game all over again? Will it write itself over the old game? Or do I have to de install the old files and install the new game?

I'm playing 1.01 now, seems normal. It utilizes a self installer to do everything which is good. Game seems to work fine so far.

No, go into your Gamersgate account, then go into My Games, Darkest Hour should be there with a link to Patch 1.01.

No just download the patch via the launcher. Which takes you to where to buy it but never mind.

Just download the patch from gamersgate, there is a link under "my games".

Not that i know, but they did get a reduction of 30 dissent to 20 dissent at the start.
