After implementing the new beta patch for DH, the IC is not functional, no more.
The condition "puppet = { country = TUN invention = yes }" is now error of Unknown Type.

As stated many times, we cannot warantee that Iron Cross works with beta patches. We will work into it as soon as this beta becomes a official patch
