DH Start Before 1914?

Greetings all and Happy New Year!

I've got HOI3 FTM, and am interested in getting a WWI game, so naturally I'm looking at DH.
Is there a DH mod that starts the game BEFORE 1914, for example 1911?
I'd really like the option of more time to prepare my chosen nation for the coming conflict.
