did patch 1.09 knock my IGC config file out of whack?

ever since i loaded 1.09 my IGC config file won't work to change countries for the IGC. do i need to do something to make it work? thanks!!!!!!

Try downloading new version maybe? That should do the tirck.

You have to reinstall the IGC after you apply an official patch from Paradox. So reinstall IGC and everything will be fine.

May a suggest you actually read the IGC readme ??

There is a reason the file is called README to begin with ...
