how much this forum comes alive whenever Sergei posts an update? The forum cna be down to one active thread (usually griping about Sergei not giving us info) and as soon as he posts there are several threads which pop up - most of them having little to do with what he has posted. He just gives us an energy boost and gets us thinking about the game again.

So Sergei, even if you don't have much to say and don't want to put up with all the abuse we dump on you just keep posting regularly so you keep us focused.

Oh yes, thanks for the recent regular postings. You have gotten us stirred up again.:)
 
Yes, I've noticed that too...

And I also wanted to thank Sergei for his continueous (sp?) updates despite some 'unhappy' comments made by us forumers...:)
 
Makes me think about human evolution, you know, in the ancient era, when one tribe lost his leader in battle, they get demoralized, until a new leader was elected.
Not exactly the same situation, but you catch the idea! :D
 
Im hoping soon Sergei can give us something real substantive to discuss.

Like how charecters improve with your choices in game and are not randomly derived from the AI. :D

That would be good.

At the beginning of this thread I said that Sergei really gives this forum a boost. Alas, it does not last very long. Probably due to the fact that we just get updates about things which are not substantial enough for a good discussion. I mean, how much discussion can you have about the side bar which is undergoing re-design but you have never even seen it? I appreciate Sergei giving us these updates but by Friday this forum will probably be down to one active thread complaining about buggy games or no screenies or, well, you know, the regular gripes.:( :)

I know what you mean, I think at this stage of the game we all know Sergei is working on it, he *is* posting and keeping us in the loop as best he can. Although I cant see his body language or facial expressions or hear his tone of voice, my instincts tell me if he could drop something substabtive on us he would.

Stepping back and waiting seems to be the best bet, hell we just dont have any info on game mechanics to have good discussions, just wants and desires.

We trade off playing "good guy - bad guy". Sometimes I am the good guy and I am sure if you look through some of the threads which are critical of CK/Sergei, you will find that I can also be the bad guy.:D

I have no trouble with expressing my pleasure or displeasure about anything.:)
