Difficulty presets and character filter presets are not saved

Game settings, saves work correctly, but when re-entering the game, saved presets of difficulty settings and character filter disappear. Also, for some reason the game is saved to the OneDrive\Documents folder, not just in the documents folder

That is a WIndows setting, not a game issue. It's pretty much standard on Windows 11 it seems.
