Digital D/L question.....

Well personally I'm all for speed in getting this fine product. So which would be the fastest way to get TCM2M in my hot little hands. Will the pre-order (retail boxes) be shipped prior to April 18th or will they be heading out the morning of the 18th.
Will the DD/L be available on 0001 hrs on the 18th?
Will there be an option for both DD/L and also a retail box/manual?
Just trying to size up my options

Pre-orders are usually shipped a few days before release date.
Paradox historically does not offer a download/physical combo deal.
Doomsday's digital purchase was available the day before release. However, this was because the demo was full-featured and unlockable.

We haven't solved all issues with the dl yet. However we hope to have it available the same day as retail release (just like Doomsday). Should be an even race between pre-order (physical) and download day one.
