Digsite missing from map and situation log

Found a digsite that's not shown on Galaxy Map or in the situation log.

1. What platform are you using?
Xbox Series X

2. What version of the game are you using?
V: Caelum 3.9.3.109094 R: 9.4.0.0

3. What DLC do you have installed?
All of them, including C6 portrait

4. When did this start happening?
Not sure, I surveyed the system and can't remember getting a digsite found notification

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Not sure

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
This game so far (started new game with update)

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

I could select it via the radial menu and assign a scientist to it to excavate. But why is it not shown on map or system view?
