Under the policy of 'the only stupid question is one I ask' (or is that one that isn't asked?)...
I have to ask about the sending of letters of introduction & gifts... I know these options exist, but when I right click on a province (no matter their relations with me) and select Send Diplomat, I don't seem to have the option to do anything beyond Royal Marriage, ally, or DoW (other options are greyed out (such as Vassalize) due to relationship restrictions)...
Where are these options to be found?
