Diplomacy improvement for Disabled popups?

Where should we post console suggestions? The button says post suggestion here.

I disabled popups to prevent some accidents with hitting B simultaneously but I noticed diplonazic popups like talking to enclaves or traders show a new notification for everything you ask them. Just showing it immediately would be much smoother and less dpad clicking.

How did u disable pop ups cuz i have a bad habit of spamming B and closing some popups and not knowing what it was.

I'm the game settings is a Popup option. Had it always on but if you disable it most Notifications are in the bottom bar. But some still just pop up.
