Edit: Just to clarify, I won't manually assign Madchemist to anyone. I think it's better to let seniors claim their juniors unless the junior themselves asks to join a specific country. So, anyone that wants some help, just say so and I'll make it official.
I'd love to work with Madchemist, but a less experience/narcissistic senior would probably be more in need of him.

Panzer, since the senior diplomats are assigned and diplomacy is starting to begin, it'll be helpful to know whether we are playing with the Fleet Rome variant or regular Army Rome.
And by the way, yes, this is an official GM sanction to start pre-game talks if you want to. The Spring 1901 phase still starts on Sunday and ends on Tuesday - that's when I'll accept orders and start the official country conversations(for seniors to talk with their juniors and send orders). But the point is you are absolutely allowed to start messaging your fellow players and discussing strategy if you want to.
