EU:rome no longer works
no idea why
was working fine yesterday
pretty sure my direct x files are currupt have been systematicaly finding and replacing them as it will tell me which file is holding up the show
currently im stuck on kernal32.dll
ive even renamed the old one to kernal32.old then pasted in a new one
still no die same error messege
"makecriticalsectionglobal could not be located in the dynamic link library kernal32.dll"
sounds like a mouthful but i had the same problem with ddraw.dll i overwrote that file with a new one and got past it
im pretty discouraged tho because im sure i will have a new problem after i get thru with this one
ps none of my new games work anymore and ive tried a few utilities the ones that can check say im still using directx 8.1 but i have installed 9c from two different disks with success
hopin there will be some one that can give me a mass file to paste into my system32 folder (hope thats the only folder i have to mess with)
