Is there a way to disable full IC take over? I left it on by accident and now Germany is...well...quite powerful. I've disabled the option in the menu and edited the save game changing ictakeover to 0, yet every time I reload the save it sets back to 1. Is there something else in the save I am missing?
EDIT: Feel free to delete this. Turns out that when I clicked on the save game it automatically switched IC Takeover to ON. If I change the option AFTER selecting the save it worked.
