When I used to click on the alert bell I'd get a little drop down and I could scroll down and click on an alert to take me to a thread.

Now the the drop down appears for about 1/2 second and then disappears. Is it just me, is there a fix, is this a Windows 11 quirk ?
 
I think we had something similar recently which was caused by some script blocking browser addon or something like that. Could this be the case here as well?

While the alret goes away for me as soon as I click on it to view them, the unviewed alerts still show until viewed at least.
