Sometimes when I get a Tab message letting me know a General or Governor is becoming disloyal, I can't view the tooltip correctly. It shows this as a tooltip:
If I flick the cursor back and forth over the tab and let the tooltip show each time it will eventually show the text correctly. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying at times.
