Well after getting back into this game after a fair while I managed to get to complete all the quests and now am only on the last chapter of it, where I am suppose to send a knight to see the lady of the lake about the holy grail, but the quest marker to start it has disappeared despite the fact its a mainline quest which needs to be completed to do the end game, any ideas on how to open it again?
