As Designed DLC is Enabled in Paradox Launcher but shows as not enabled in game

Heya MammothKiwi! That is very strange indeed.
In order to identify what could be wrong, I would need some more information from you

1. What platform are you on? (Microsoft Store or Steam)
2. What OS are you on? (Mac, PC, Linux)
3. Lastly, could you provide me a screenshot on how the "Downloadable Content" screen looks like for you?
