DLC is Enabled in Paradox Launcher but shows as not enabled in game

Description​

In the Paradox launcher I have all DLC enabled, but when I launch the game, all of the DLCs say "DLC is not enabled" in the bottom left corner of the main menu. I have uninstalled the game, deleted the CK3 folder in my documents folder, reinstalled the game, verified my game files, and disabled all mods.

Steps to reproduce​

Open the game with DLC purchased and enabled.

In order to identify what could be wrong, I would need some more information from you

1. What platform are you on? (Microsoft Store or Steam)
2. What OS are you on? (Mac, PC, Linux)
3. Lastly, could you provide me a screenshot on how the "Downloadable Content" screen looks like for you?

I've had the Chapter 1 content for a while now with no problems. I purchased the Chapter 2 content yesterday at the same time as I installed the new version (1.11.0).

Update: I tried playing the game without DLC and it works fine. I played for a little while yesterday and it seems like the DLC is not available, but hard for me to tell. I saved at the end of the session and when I tried to load the save file today (1 day later) I get the attached error. I thought this might be useful troubleshooting information. Keep in mind the DLCs have been enabled in the launcher and "not enabled" in the main menu of the game the whole time.
