DLC missing.

I have a load of DLC's bought from XBox PC/Microsoft store. However they have recently disappeared from the launcher and consequentially the game.

How can I get them back (I have done a re-install from XBox PC).

I thought I would try here first as the Microsoft help/forums are bad and its the launcher that probably has issues and has previously worked correctly.
