I have bought the Plazas and promenades DLC and after the installation did not appeared at the DLC list of the remastered version game. The original game can see the content, but the remastered version no. Xbox Series X.

Yeah, all DLCs after Airports will come to the remastered version at some point in the future, they're not available now - as it's explained in the FAQ akeela linked above.
