DLC s lost [Xbox]

Went to continue a saved city and this message comes across. Incompatible save version detected. Required. DLC packs (snowfall content creator: Art Deco @High tech, Natural disasters, green cities, content creator pack: European suburbia, parklife and industries) are missing. I tried to reinstall but they don’t even show in my files. They also show in the x box store Available for purchased but I already purchased these add ons. They no longer show purchased. Help me Obi Won Kenobi your my only hope.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again
