DLCs is installed but not actually there

DLC is installed but not actually there

Hello,
I preordered the game via GG, and I downloaded and installed everything according to plan. It also tells me that I have the DLC bought and installed in the ingame store. But I don't see any files in my DLC folder, and no dynasties.dds/tga (which should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\gfx\coats_of_arms, I've heard)
So my question is: How can I really verify that I have the DLCs installed?

Open the ingame store, select a DLC that you own, make sure the button down to the right is grayed out and says "Buy". If it says "Reinstall", you must do so.

The DLCs won't copy files to your folders, rather, they are downloaded to a specific folder called "dlc"

The button is greyed out, yes, but there are no files in my DLC folder. That's the problem, since I can't even reinstall

EDIT: Nevermind, I just unchecked the box at the start and compared the Coats of Arms. The question why my DLC folder ist empty still stands though, as I'd like to have a look at the dynasties.tga for modding purposes.
