DLCs not registered as purchased through Xcloud Gaming.

Hello, I am playing on CS Xbox One edition and purchased the three newest CCPs (sports arena, Africa in miniature, and shopping malls). There are present when playing on my console but when I try to play using Xcloud gaming I am unable to load my save files because the error message “Incompatible save version detected. Required DLC packs (Content Creator Pack: Shopping Malls, Content Creator Pack: Sports Venues and Content Creator Pack: Africa in Miniature are missing®”. XBox support is telling me that I need to purchase the DLCs in the windows 10 version which I do not own. How would I fix this issue or do I truly need to purchase theee DLC twice to play via cloud gaming?

I had the same issue the other day when attempting to play through Xbox Cloud Gaming. You shouldn't need to purchase the DLCs for the Windows 10 Edition as the title screen in the game clearly states it's the Xbox One Edition. From the response you got from Xbox support, the agent is perhaps looking at how it's set up in their systems and relaying that info to you. If that's the case, then either Paradox or Microsoft have set it up incorrectly and to fix it Paradox would need to work with Microsoft/Xbox again to set it up correctly.

I am having this same issue. I don't think buying the Win10 DLC would help. It's not the Win10 version of the game. They told me the same thing but that was after they told DLC doesn't work with cloud which I know to be false. In short, support has no idea what they're talking about.

No, still have the issue. I don't really use Cloud Gaming much anyway.

Just to issue an update, I tried using Xcloud again this evening to play CS, just out of curiosity, and it appears something has been fixed on the backend, at least for me, because all of my save files, regardless of DLC used, load fine and the error message no longer pops up. Can’t tell you what fixed the issue because nothing was communicated to me but curious to see if anyone else having this issue has had it resolved?

Appreciate tye update. Had been playing with remote play as a work around which sucked. Just checked though and the issue seems to resolved now.
