With relationship, people can get jealous of each other easily. Vassals feel like they should become jealous of each other if one vassal gets a lot of gifts and rewards from their liege, while other vassals are ignored.

You can as a liege send gifts to one of your vassals that used to dislike you, but the vassals who already likes you seem to not care about this at all. There's nothing that give you a sense of "hey, I am your friend but you are giving money to a vassal that hates you than me?"

Just something that depicts jealously would enhance this relationship interaction by miles in CK3.

And it shouldn't be only an opinion modifier. It should make characters act.
Also I think this can be extended to any action, not only gifts from a liege . For example, when one character obtains an artifact (no matter how), another character can decide to steal it or to create similar artifact.

And I think this would fit harem mechanic. Sometimes, when my spouses kill each other I have an idea that they do it because of jealousy. But I guess they do it because of rivalry. Don't know, I usually don't look at relations of characters other than my heirs.

You can have the break-up mechanic, and you get disliked for cheating. But actual harem favouritism doesn't really exist in the game. If it is implemented in the game, managing harems should be a tricky balancing act for the player.

The same in case of managing your vassals. You don't want jealously to bring down your empire.
