Does anyone actualy bother with recipes?

Just wonderin since i find it incredibly annoying. You can see them in chronicle but opening it closes the forge and you don't get any notification in items name that it's needed for recipies (or am I wrong here?). It's even more clunky then giving a province to one of your heroes. Since locations tab closes the hero screen. Arggghhh

If it wasn't such a pain in the ass to make the items mentioned in the recipe I'd bother. I don't even know if those items are fixed quest rewards, battle rewards or something I have to make myself by spending an ungodly amount of time trying to find the one combination of items.

UI needs help... very clumsy at present.

I tried and spent 34000 on 2 needed items for the helmet of lugh and then couldnt get the 3rd part anywhere.

If anything is worth crafting, its the set items, and those are too weak to be a match for the lategame Fabled items.... so... I wouldnt miss that feature.

+1 to the various UI complaints made here.

Equally don't bother with recipes, and find forging items yourself much more enjoyable and equally rewarding as you recycle your old gear into better items.
And you can make your own fabled items

Yeah, the recipe items aren't good enough to justify crafting the prerequisite items. At least so far.
