Does anyone have a working link for the blank CK map?

As the old link found here is no longer working, does anyone have a alternative where to get the map pack?

I switched computers and didn't think I'd need the blank maps on this one.

In case there's no existing download links for them, could someone be so kind to re-upload them somewhere, please?
