Dogs Not sniffing prisoners (pc)

I've come across an issue with dog handlers. When I load my prison, the dogs will be acting normally. But then they will just stop checking prisoners for drugs.
I don't have any mods any mods loaded currently.

Can you upload prison? Also, dogs require rest still, so make sure you have enough for your patrols/stations. The rest indictor sometime doesn't show up immediately at game start but takes a few ticks to show up for all entities. Dogs will still patrol while tired/exhausted but they won't sniff out drugs
