Domination (1.35) - Japan Mission Tree Not Updated

Hi EU4 Tech Support Team,
I've just purchased Domination and have fired up a couple of games as various Japanese factions, but none seem to have the new Mission Tree. I tried a game as the Ottomans, however, and they had their new Mission Tree. For context, I have all major DLC except for Origins and Leviathan. I'm at a loss to explain why they're not showing up.

You need to form Japan to get the new missions. As a Daimyo/Shogun, you still have the old missions.
