Added beach and port.

I'm guessing an earlier developer of the mod removed the ports and beaches from most of the small islands because too many ports caused the game to crash.

Just saw your comments about the errors on the map and unfortunately no one helped. I decided to help. Fixing the Pacific Ocean - 10 minutes of work. Also, @Kami888's analysis showed the absence of channels - this is the last straw. The fix took time. Unfortunately, my inattention led to errors. Then Mr. @VTs sent me a map without a topographic view, for which I thank him for participating in the fix of the straits. I looked at the province IDs in AOD, DH, E3 and identified the straits. In general, they can be placed anywhere. Thanks to all the more experienced users who responded: @Czarina Julie, who started looking through the straits code because of me, Mr. @^_AC_^ and others. I took the topographic basis from E3. But unexpectedly it did not fit the map. I had to create it again. Your mod is unique in that it is on E3FN and it is in good condition.
