Donations to the state in exchange for state favors

In the times when cash is desperately needed, the state should be able to ask for it from the heads of the great families or myb from country nobles(inspires by ck2 borrow money from Jews), or other countries etc.

Another feature I'd like to see in the game is an ability for me as the ruler of the country to if the country is in dire need of capital to inject some fresh paper into the monetary system.

If theese things were added alone, it would be revolutionary and something new.

Asking for money from families will tie nicely with a system of favors like it exists with the republic parties. It is underutilized in my opinion as it is neither a simulation nor under the total control of the player. I would like to have it as a simulation as suggested in The Godfather Simulator.

On printing paper, I suggested a currency debasement system for printing money, something that it is historically accurate.
