Ok, I am running DD apoc with patch 1.3 beta.
The same problem happened with 1.2
For some crazy reason I cannot issue attack orders. The computers armies are there. We are at war. I issue attack orders and my men start to move to the enemy territory instead of immediately engaging the enemy. the keep walking forever, long after the date they were supposed to arrive. Its like my computer does not recognize the enemy troops. I have sunk a lot of time into my South African campaign of African Unification. It just suddenly started happening after 15 or so hours of play.
heres my specs from DXdiag
