Ok, I am running DD apoc with patch 1.3 beta.

The same problem happened with 1.2

For some crazy reason I cannot issue attack orders. The computers armies are there. We are at war. I issue attack orders and my men start to move to the enemy territory instead of immediately engaging the enemy. the keep walking forever, long after the date they were supposed to arrive. Its like my computer does not recognize the enemy troops. I have sunk a lot of time into my South African campaign of African Unification. It just suddenly started happening after 15 or so hours of play.

heres my specs from DXdiag

A possible and easy problem

15 hours of play? I think that this is because so many soldiers have been created by other countries that the game is very, very slow, i mean in 1938 most of my units take 10 minutes to move around (set on Extremely fast) and with the difficult terrain in Africa this adds more time so my advice is, just be patient, it is working but just extremely slow so don't expect to be conquering Africa in 1-2 hours. :D
