Dont work achievement Seven Holy Cities on playstation 5

Description​

Im tried twice starting game in 867 and 1066, make Chakravarti(have 3 empires) but achievement dont works. I have all holy cities, this cities have my religion. I don't know what else is needed from me. Its not only my trouble with this achievement on PS5, i read in Reddit some posts with this.

Steps to reproduce​

Starting > take all holy cities > dont have achievement

This trophy bugged on PS5 after last update game. Trophy working only with earlier version game. Then you fix this?

I also have this problem, they don't seem to care about console and all the bugs we have. I was so excited to get the platinum and play this game a lot but it's hard when a lot of things are bugged and they don't solve it. It just doesn't give you Seven holy cities even if you have them
