Doomsday Installation Issue

I was wondering how to go about installing a new Doomsday game within another one of of my drives (or hardrives) but everytime I go to do it, the setup only allows me to ethier uninstall or reinstall the exsisting version. How would I go about installing a vanilla version of Doomsday on a second drive, while keep the first one in-tact on the 1st drive?

Just copy and paste the \Doomsday directory (including all sub directories) to the new location and make a shortcut to the hoi2.exe file.
