doomsday stand alone?

sorry, i know it should have been obvious, but i just want to make sure. is doomsday armageddon stand-alone? i bought the anthology...

and another thing. what if you accidentally installed the patch 1.2 (for arma) into doomsday, but you dont play vanilla doomsday, just arma? is that okay, or is a reinstall needed?

edit: another thing, can you just uninstall HOI normally, or do you really have to go through the process that's stickied?

Every game in the Anthology box is a stand-alone install, including Armageddon. You only need to install Armageddon if you have the Anthology edition.

sweet, so arma still runs fine even if i accidentally installed 1.2 in the other HOI2s? thanks!

Well, if you start Armageddon and it says "1.2" in the main menu you should be up to speed.

If you installed the wrong patch onto a game you will have to uninstall it and reinstall, if you want. Since all of the games in the Anthology are stand alone you don't need to install anything other than what you want to play.

You should be able to uninstall regularly, I just did the other day. If there is a problem go back to the manual uninstall sticky.

ok thanks. yeah i think ill just reinstall it, cuz, well it did update to 1.2 (it says so on the main menu), but when i installed mods like CDCP and GIP, nothing else changed
