As France, I declared war vs Eng earlier in my game. I had an RM with them, but I noticed that my stab took a -4 hit. Quite a shocker. I reloaded the game to see what went wrong. I noticed that I had 2 RMs with Eng.
Please tell me this is a bug?
Anyway, since I decided I was doing well, I went ahead and continued playing the game with the -4 hit. It made things a little more interesting, but man! I don't like being at -2 stability.
