I have own this game, as you can see I entered the registration code. However, I went away to college and did not bring the CD with me. Is there anyplace I can enter the registration key to download a new copy of the game without having to buy it a second time?

Unless you bought the game off of an online service (like Gamersgate, Impulse, Steam etc) then no.

I just checked on amazon - you can get anthology for around $12, mailed straight to your dorm (add another 3-4 bucks for shipping). That or have the folks ship it from home. Though be careful, HOI can have a negative influence on caring about mundane schoolwork when Barbarossa calls.

Try asking the Paradox support - maybe it's possible for them to activate a download via Gamersgate with your current serial number.
