Downloaded VV, now game won't work

How do you download something from Paradox? My wife bought me Rome. I bought VV and downloaded it but now the game dosn't work.

I'm pretty sure I sent it to the right folders. Am I supposed to do something with the serial # they give us?

The serial key is needed so that you can register your game(s). That way you get access to the tech support etc.

I have registered both Rome and VV. Still, nothing works. What a terrible set up these guys have. Right now I think I'd rather just have my money back.

Now that you have registered the games, you have access to the tech forums where I am sure someone can help you out, so you can get to enjoy Rome and VV.

There is no reason to make a thread here telling how the game sucks and PI does too, just because you might have an installation problem (it could be that YOU did something wrong during installation).

Make a thread in the Tech forum telling them EXACTLY what the problem is, and I am sure there is help coming.

No, this game is not for me. Sorry about the language, I'm just tired of game companies stealing our money with half finished products.

Paradox is known for it. I loved EU1 and 2. But HOI really killed Paradox for me. They sold us a beta and when they finally finished it they charged us twice for it. My wife saw me looking at Rome so she bought it for me.

Rome without VV is not a good game and I'm not happy.

Well if you posted some detail on what exactly your problem is with VV, we can perhaps help you or direct you to the right place. If all you want to do is swear at people you are asking to help you, you can go elsewhere and do that.

So you've bought VV from Gamers Gate, yeah? And it apparently downloaded successfully? Did you then do the Install? If so did that appear to go all right? What exactly happens now when you try to run Rome?
