I wanted to download both DVIP and TASS to try them out. I was thinking that I could just download multiple copies of CK on my comp, but it has the install option grayed out when the CD starts up.

Try deleting the registry entry for it so that the CD doesn't recognize that it's installed. That *should* work, but if not make sure to make a backup of the registry entry before you delete it, just in case.

Just make a copy of the Paradox Entertainment Folder, and stick it somewhere else on your computer. If you wish, rename it to something else (like CK-DV-TASS (or whatever). Place another copy of Paradox folder in same location and then rename it 'CK-DV-DVIP'. And then patch everything, create the shortcuts (naming each so you know which game you are playing) and play.

That would work too, but only if he hasn't already installed any mods. That's why I had to delete my reg entry before I could play Before the Conquest and DVIP on the same machine.
